NEW IN THIS RELEASE
Every tool now runs one window at a time — launching one that is
already open brings its window to the front instead of starting a
  second copy.

Reel Time Plus 1.3 also fixes the act bar: the coloured blocks were
sized against content while the target box was sized against the full
runtime, so on any show with breaks the last act ran out over the
border. Both are on one scale now, and TV breaks or film leader show
  as the gaps between blocks.

REQUIREMENTS
• DaVinci Resolve 18 or later (free version and Studio both supported)
• Python 3 — free from python.org/downloads (the Resolve console
links to the same installer when Python isn't detected)
